These Terms govern your access to and use of Ask Nithyananda AI websites, applications, and related services for individual users.
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Ask Nithyananda AI services, including associated web experiences and software interfaces intended for individual users. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Business or API services may be governed by separate contractual terms where applicable.
Ask Nithyananda AI is a spiritual AI platform designed to provide guidance-oriented responses based on curated teachings and related resources. References to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms mean the operator of Ask Nithyananda AI and its authorized affiliates involved in delivering the services.
You must meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction to use the services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the services only with parent or legal guardian permission. When account registration is required, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining credential security and for all activity under your account. If you use services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use the services for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass safeguards, rate limits, or security controls. You must not use outputs to mislead others about human authorship where disclosure is legally required. Some features may include third-party services or third-party outputs that are governed by their own terms and policies.
You may submit input to the services and receive generated output. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your input and may use output for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit input and for ensuring your use of output complies with applicable law and these Terms. Because AI systems are probabilistic, output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs provided to others. You must evaluate outputs before relying on them in important decisions.
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including software, models, interfaces, trademarks, and branding, except as expressly provided in these Terms. No rights are granted except those explicitly described in these Terms.
If you purchase paid features, you must provide valid billing information and authorize recurring charges where subscriptions apply. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice for future billing periods. Failure to complete payment may result in downgrades, restricted access, or suspension of paid features.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk. Where feasible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support channels.
We may modify or discontinue some or all services. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide commercially reasonable notice and applicable prepaid value handling as required by law.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. You assume responsibility for your use of outputs and for independent verification where needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months or USD 100, except where law prohibits such limitation.
If you use services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and personnel from third-party claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Before formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through support/contact channels. Where permitted by applicable law and contractually agreed, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and class or representative proceedings may be limited. Any mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
If you believe intellectual property has been infringed, contact us with a detailed notice identifying the claimed work, allegedly infringing material, your contact details, authority statement, and a good-faith declaration. We may remove content or restrict accounts in appropriate circumstances, including repeat infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You must comply with applicable trade and export controls. These Terms are the entire agreement for individual service use unless superseded by service-specific terms.
